Hi!
My name is Shari, and I am majoring in RTF, which is why I'm taking RTF 305. Although this class is a basic requirement for an RTF major, I am still excited to be in it; I love anything having to do with movies! I'm looking forward to studying some good movies I haven't seen before. That's what I'm most excited about, but seeing as how this isn't a class where we just watch movies all day, in addition to some film history I'm also interested in seeing how different areas of media relate to and affect each other. So pretty much, I want to learn about media!
I don't actually follow any blogs, but some I like to look at once in a while are food blogs - they don't really have much to do with media, other than the fact that they're on the internet, but they look delicious!

For a senior project in my film class, we had to do a presentation about a community issue. So, I made a little video about the major transit system in Dallas. It sounds kinda boring, and it probably is because it's pretty basic, but it's the first video I got to make by myself. I felt accomplished!
